The river is the final betting round, and is where each player is dealt a fifth card. The cards are then exposed and the player with the best hand wins the pot.

If more than one player is still in the hand after the final betting, then the dealer deals another card and everyone must bet or fold. This is a round of betting that can end in a showdown, where the best hand is revealed.

Playing at Small Limits – This is the most recommended strategy for beginners because it will allow you to learn the game and get a feel for how it works. It also lets you start playing versus weaker opponents and build your skill level.
